RE: 94 GT rear end ratio
Thank you, this sounds like good advice from experience. I appreciate your thoughts and input.
I admit I'd been leaning toward the 3.73 gears, and most folks seem to agree. Thanks to all who have helped.
I'll be away for a while and will check this thread again when I return.
Best Regards,

RE: 94 GT rear end ratio
I have 4.10's on a 5spd and drove highway for a few months and it wasnt too bad at all. I was runnin around 3k at 75, somwhere in that neighborhood. The gas mileage wasnt too horible either, but i guess people dont really buy mustangs for gas mileage

RE: 94 GT rear end ratio
I went from stock (i think 2.73s) to a 3.73 in my '95, and they're just about perfect...but i wouldnt want them in there if i did a lot of highway driving. i really noticed the difference the first time i took it on the highway, it went up about 500RPMs at cruising speed (i'm around 2500-2600 at 75 MPH). but the tradeoff is definitely worth it on the street, it feels like 100 extra horsepower. but if i was driving it on the highway every day, i would probably go with a 3.55.
