Doyou guys use them to drive in the streets?

You can. But they are dangerous for sharp cornering. But everyday normal driving, they are fine.

What about at high speeds like the highway, say like 60+ mph, can you drive with them at that consistent speed?? Whats if you run like 15x6 up fronts and 15x8 in the rears, can you still take corners fast? Or is thats just not a thing to do with these wheels?

it depends on how fast you mean the reason they suck for fast cornering is there is less tire surface touching the road to grip it and it causes it to slide. Also Iv heard trying to stop real fast sucks to for the same reason.

i run 3.5 inch wheels in the front, and they lock up real fast, especially when its wet
so thats something to look out for

Welds are not good for very high speed cornering even with a wider tire (like auto cross). These rims can be drivin daily and are just fine at high way speeds though. The reason they are not good for very high speed cornering is because they are not laterally stiff. Also watch out for pot holes, Welds are pretty soft and will bend pretty easy if ypu hit a big pot hole hard.
