Default painting brakes

quick question. Im putting new pads and rotors on my stang but wanted to paint the calipers. I've heard you do 3 coats, but how long in between coats and do you have to let it sit so it doesn't peel?

also, what do you guys think about blue calipers on a white 88lx?

depends on temp for how long in between coats. Keep in mind that those suckers are going to get really hot when they are on your car. Might consider putting them under a heat lamp after every coat to get them hot to sort of bake the paint if you will.

Duplicolor makes a Caliper paint that you brush one, looks good and only need 2 coats.

^^^ Agreed.

Rice mod if you ask me

If you are going to color the calipers, do it right and powdercoat.

Stock calipers are small and suck don't draw attention to them.
