my first car was a mustang... but i bought it... so i now how much work i had to do and whats its worth.... just be careful.... as for cheaper power... full exhuast/pullies/Air intake/gears are the cheaps lil things that will give u a small noticable differnce... give yourselve a lil while b4 you start throwing stuff on it... respect the car and it will respect your life.... remember all a car is mass killing machince if not in the correct persons hands

wut i would since it is ur 1st car...and im not saying that having a mustang as ur 1st car is bad....i had a 03 gt for my 1st....but if i was u i would take the car to a empty parking lot and get on it and get used to the hp u have now cus if u cant handle the hp u have now u wont know wut to do wen u have more

leave it stock for awhile get used to it first then add some things that way you dont hurt yourself and you will know the car better

u know...im 16...ive only been driving my car for about a year and 4 months.....and ive never hadda wreck...i play with my car all the time.......im not to bad of a driver.....well the only time ive even come close to wreckin is when (2 times) a truck was speeding and almost ran into the side of me....same thing happened both times...but different trucks....

I think te first thing you should do is change if it needs it/check all the fluids. Radiator, Oil, power sterring fluid, brake fluid, and do an entire tune up better to know where you car is standing. They sell Ford racing tune kits for like 100 bucks well worth it. Check your brakes and rotors. Basically do an entire basic maintanance on your car. Don't do any modding with out the basic's or else see your self spending money on stuff you brake due to lack of maitnance. Trust me it's the best thing you can do. After all that is done I would by a BBK cold air and work on the suspension. Be patient with the car and be safe since I know your gonna want to experament with it.

just wait a while till you get the hang of it and become a better driver. get the feel for the car before you mod it. ya you hate hearing this but its the best. you'll get it stuck in your head you can drive good, and you'll be out driving fast and crash or something. not saying its going to happen, but i've seen and heard of it over and over again. teens thinking they can drive good and they crash. but ya good luck on driving and stuff. have fun and be safe!
