The safest way to run a wet nitrous system is the plate that goes between the upper and lower intake. No matter what intake you have someone makes a plate for it. It is expensive to get that plate but it is the best in my opinion. When I had the stock engine in my car I ran alot of nitrous through it. If the plate is out of the question I would still go with the wet system you just have to understand that you cannot spray it at low RPMs. The upper intakes on the Mustangs was never designed for fuel to flow through them. At lower RPMs fuel will puddle in areas and just a little spark with blow the upper to pieces. A MSD window switch is a great idea. It will not allow the nitrous to come on until a predetermined RPM and shut it off at another RPM. So if you miss a gear or whatever the spray will stop before the revlimiter.
