Help please

I recently installed an 87 5.0 from a marques into my stang for temp use while I built my other engine but when i got it all together it does not want to run good low idle unless a vaccum line is unplugged then runs good checked for codes with scanner none. Any ideas would be great thanks

Fyi if anyone reads this the problem I was having with my car was a vaccum leak at lower manifold.Replaced all gaskets and car is good to go
