Default tranny work

ok so i finally have the time and money to get my clutch done, its REALLY overdue. it barely holds anymore, 1st gear is like neutral until u get to like 3k rpm and reverse is so bad that i can be in reverse with the car standing still and my engine doesnt die lol
so here is what im gonna get:
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch with pressure plate $321.44
release bearing $31.10
pilot bushing $10.94
clutch cable (might as well do it all i guess) $42.89

i was also thinking of getting an aluminum flywheel until i saw the price $536 BONES!?!? it seemed pretty crazy so ill just get mine resurfaced for now

i found a transmission shop that will do the work for $180 wich is better than pepboys' $400 estimate.
any thoughts on my flywheel issue?

well while waiting for reply i noticed the sticky that says mustangtuning is now americanmuscle and i decided to compare prices

they have a spec stage 2 kit for $303 that includes the release bearing and pilot bushing (from what i can tell in the pic)
and they have a spec aluminum flywheel for $350 !
price is a alot better than i was able to find at other sites for the centerforce slum flywheel

is there a big diff between the spec and centerforce? also, a diff between the spec stage 2 and centerforce dual friction? thanks

car is stock except for BBK cold air intake (fendermount) and custom accel ignition wires. i plan on only doing suspension work for the time being. i pretty much just want it to ride and look like new, then go for more power. its a 90 gt btw
