Default RE: underdrive pulleys

I just got a set of Pro Form underdrive pullies today that I bought on ebay.

Hopefully Ill get around to installing them soon. Theres no instructions with them, even though they were sealed. How do I remove the crank pulley and attach the underdrive pulley? Im pretty sure I need a harmonic balancer puller but Im not sure since theres just a big hole in the under drive pulley and not a bolt hole.
