Quicky. Can GT40 intake manifold fit stock heads until I get the GT40 heads? What if I decide to stick with the stock heads and run the GT40 intake, will I need to do porting?

yes. stock heads + mild porting will outflow gt-40 heads

Is it worth it to keep the stock heads and just buy the GT40 Manifold. I dont have 1200 to spend on heads. Will I still see power increase?

I ran GT40 intake with stock ported heads and saw a big difference over running same heads and stock ported manifold. i had the GT40 lower ported.

Well i am having a problem with my GT-40 intake and i was wondering if you could help Joboss. I got the kit for 600 and everything seems good but i found out that the stock intake manifold has 4r outlets on the bottom for the vaccumm lines and then two holes under the fold. Then the weird thing is that there are only two outlets on the GT-40 Intake Manifold, and the same two holes under the fold. So i am wondering what I am going to need to do with those two vaccumm outlets that i am missing now. Here are the pics of what I am talking about.
