Would that extra power make up for the extra weight involved with doing the swap. From what I hear they weigh about 90 extra pounds. I would like to this swap one day but I just can't swallow 1,500 for a stock motor then another 2,000 in heads cam and intake. College better make me money later because it is breaking me now.

I would hope you would feel something with that kind of power!!! I meant the 260hp stock motor. I didn't know how that would work out. Are these truck motors? What years are they? This just seems like such a good idea. You can never go wrong with cubic inches.

[sm=happy046.gif] Congrats man, that looks nice. Just get a dyno tune get those glitches out and and enjoy that ride. Nice job! If you don't mind me asking around how much did this project cost. Curious to know feel like doing that swap some day.
