Tried everything i know!

I have a 93 GT, on cold starts it doesnt want to idle on its own. After giving it some throttle for a minute or so it will idle but it is rough like it is missing. I read through the forums and got some ideas to fix it, i changed the Throttle Position Sensor, cleaned the Idle Air controller, new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and reset the timing to factory specs. Even after all of this my problem still isnt fixed. Please if you have any ideas I could really use the help. Oh and when driving or any time i am giving it gas it is fine no miss.

Thanks for your help,
Dave

how bout intake filter...is it old and dirty? did u try and clean the mass air meter? umm maybe try some injector cleaner, its worth a shot. this might be a tough one sounds like u did all the usuall problems.
also did u try and pull some codes? maybe even try new O2 sensors.

It has a brand new CAI, and the MAF is only a few months old, not throwing any codes either.

You running a stock cam or an aftermarket cam. If its an aftermarket cam, its not just going to fire up and run nice and easy like that until the engine gets heat in it. My car is cold manner'd. Its a pain to get running on cold mornings, just have to keep giving it gas until she finally warms up, then it runs like a champ.

The car is completly stock, but the rough idle does make it sound like it has a loping cam in it. If i cant figure it out then maybe i will just tell everyone it has a bigger cam.
