Are my Underdrive pullies suppose to be this big of a pain
Ok I posted earlier with alternater pully prob. Ok so I left the stock alternater pully on there and i installed the crank and the water pully. OK when i got the belt back on everything there was alot of play on there i tried to use the tension pully to put tension on there and there still was sum play. So I had to get a shorter belt I got 1 dat was 1inche shorter than stock . Now i put the shorter belt on the belt still has a lil play . I use the tension pully to take away the play. BUT when I use the tension pully i had to take the whole complete pully out alil bit to were I could get it out of the hole thats oon the bracket . I did that because when its in that lil whole it wouldnt let me turn it . I put tension as tight as i could get it I left it out of the lil whole cause if i put it back in i wouldnt have any tension on the belt. Now when i tightin it down the whole thing is cricked I thought it would be ok like that so i took it out 4 a drove. I looked at the belt 1 side of it got chewed up from rubing on the said of that pully. What could I do to fix the tension pully to were its straight do I have to shave off that lil piece that goes into that whole on the bracket to were it would be straight or wat?

You need a smaller, size reduced belt, I have all you need in my sig. You will however need to install that alternator pulley as you'll experiance charging issues if you don't.
Tension pulley is the pulley at the bottom left side of the engine, it's what applies tension to the belt to keep it on the pulleys.
