track results=kahboom!!
note to self: 320rwtq + new drag radials + power shifting = kahboom
first run of the night, weathers perfect 60degrees and low humidity. can't wait to get down the track on my new bfg's.
have some trouble with the burn out cause of the sticky tires so i'm a little frustrated. i decided to go ***** to the wall on the launch. 3000rpms and let the clutch out a little to fast and blew the tires in first and the begining of second. finally get traction and start pulling back on the wrx im racing. powershift to 3rd like i always do and kahboom! by by 3rd gear. i guess it was a combination of the cool weather bumpin my ponys up and the sticky tires. man i've never been so pissed. and to top it all off my towing service couldn't find me a tow truck so i ended up having to drive my car home with my tail between my legs, transmission clacking like crazy the whole time. its Hard lesson learned i guess.
anyone know someone with a cheap tremec for a 95??
