stock type r can run 14.5-14.7 in the 1/4 mile. With those mods you should definitely beat him.

there are alot of fake ones out there

but a buddy of mine has a type r n another friend has a 98 cobra n the 98 cobra could only take him by about 2 cars..it was a close race

its a real R integra..like i said i have beat a 69 firebird with a 400 in it..and a few other cars...but i have heard so much about the type Rs i was a lil worried...if some1 beats me im ok with it ill even buy a beer...butanyway...i appreciate the info guys..ill race for cash about 50$.00 and yes i use half 93 octane and 110 and it purrs like kitten...i can run 93 but runs a lil slugish... tonight will be the night we race ..ill keep ya informed either way good or bad...////

you should be able to beat him my friend has a integra gsr the one under the type r and i raced him in my 99 v6 that i sold. From a stop i know i could destroy him but rolling we just hung the entire time he had cai and exhaust i was stock. type r should be noooo problem with that car.
