Cobra vs Trick Flow
Manifolds!!! Which is better for power gains? i have done intake headers and x pipe w/ high flow cats. worth doing the upper and lower intakes? I am also planning on throwin on a bigger throttle body if it would help. What kind of power gains should i expect? thanks all

Get a Trickflow street heat if you want idle to 5500 rpm power. Also get a 70mm throttle body with it... just make sure you get an egr spacer too...
If you want to build a high revving engine then I would suggest getting a Track heat, They are good for 2500-6500 rpms but personally i think thats a high rev to go to unless you have a new or built engine.
I'd just get the street heat and the 70MM throttle body. I'm installing my stuff tomorrow. I'll take plenty of pics!

Yea, gears are good. Get Some. Now to answer your question, you definetly want trickflow over the cobra. The cobra flows like a ported stock, and even a ported cobra isnt going to be anywhere near as good as a trickflow. I'd go with street heat, you dont need the high rev of the track heat or R-Series in a mostly stock car. Trickflow is one of the best manifolds, although i heard somewhere that the BBK SSI is slightly better. However the trickflow manifold will run you 400$ and the SSI will run you 650$. Good Luck

I'm goin with the trickflow street myself. I've heard tons of good things about it. Ebay has em brandnew for 400 $ and free shipping. Might even be able to find em cheaper. Good luck, let us know what you decided on.
