Volt regulator wheres it located 89 gt?

ok my volt guage is goin up an down goin to replace the alt today but also where is the volt regulator located by the coil or what?anyone got a diagram showing where it is?

Almost all newer cars its in the alt. Usually when a Alternator goes out, its the regulator that takes a sh*t.

you didnt mention upgrading, so PLEASE do not just replace it with another 75amp POS.

Get you a 130amp 3G from local alt. rebuild shop for about $125
Fairly easy install with only minor modifications needed.
