Default At what point is a cylinder ridge going to cause problems

For the life of me, I can't get a tool around here to ream the cylinder ridge and I have new rings about to go in (Honed the cylinders today).. However, I pushed the pistons out the top without much trouble with the ridges there.. The ridges are only on half the cylinders, can't really catch a fingernail on them.. I'd call them borderline... ?

The ridge won't stop you from installing your pistons.
If you bore is within limits and you a have a quality hone, don't worry about it.
