how do you open fog lights

How do you open the fog light assymbly? There's a tab on top, am I supposed to bend it upwards?

I need to get inside to clean off the inside of the lens, also need to replace bulbs.

Yes, just be gentle and only pull it enough to remove the lens. You dont want to break it!
