Default Bad exhaust problem

I just got back from the muffler shop checking for a leak. Needless to say it didn't go well. I was told the my cats are junk. They showed this to me by shaking the pipe and you could here stuff jingling around inside of them. The actual leak is from the stock exhaust manifolds connecting to the pipes. The pipes are bent in an ackward direction and is causing the leak. The shop gave me an estimate of 468 dollars to fix everything. The mufflers ended up being thrush mufflers or something like that. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper. Ya'll help me out with what to do. Thanks!

Well, now you have an excuse to put new exhasut on. O/R H pipe and flowmaster catback will run you around 450$.

Do some research and pick out a whole new exhaust setup you want... theres nothing more satisfying than installing your own parts, working on your own car...

I would love to put flowmasters on it. I am having trouble finding a H-pipe to go with it. Would the summit H-pipe be just fine to go with. I am not going to use cats.

I agree, Do it youself. I removed my exhaust from my headders no problem. Youll need some liquid wrench, a few sockets, and some gogles. By the pipes you want and throw them on. !!!

The mac mid pipe is way cheaper and has great fitment. Also keep in mind that UPR makes a quality mid-pipe for a good price.
