Default New Car

Ok guys i just purchased my 95 5 speed vert. Wanted to start with some bolt on's but nothing major because i'm having an engine built for it. Basically parts that will go with my DSS 331 or DSS 347. I may even go with the 408... Where should i buy? Money is not really a big deal I want to make this car nice and FAST!

what about headers and exhaust. I used to have flowmaster on my 91 LX and it sounded sweet but that was years ago... I know shortys are direct bolt on, but are they as good as long tube?

i've heard shifter's aren't too hard to install..i have an aod

and the shorty's are not as good as the long tubes

but the difficulty of the LT's is not worth it to some people

it's mainly whatever floats your boat or tickles your pickle..

Id go with a 351 DART block. http://www.dartheads.com/Fordb.aspx
DART blocks are a really good platform to build from. For now id buy 4.10 gears, some shorty headers, O/R H pipe, and a catback.

well if you are debating whether to go witha 331,347, or a 408 dont buy headers or a lower intake, or a few other things just yet. If you go with a 408(great decision) you will have to buy these parts all over again. First figure out exactly which engine, and go from there
