Keep in mind that Dynamat is heavy and will add a substantial amount of weight to the car. More weight slows the car down if you race it.

How difficult was this to do? On a scale of 1-10. What kind of skill is needed? I would think just take things out, put the dyno matt down and do the same process in reverse. Any tricks?

on a scale of 1-10 id say 8 , first off you need a lot of patients!!!! you need to know where everything goes, a little know how on the car itself.... example how do panels come off procedures, torque recommendations for certain screws, and the hardest part is the dynomatting itself, be prepared 2 cut a lot and fit properly without blocking any holes needed for screws! and when you put back make sure EVERYTHING FITS and you put EVERYTHING BACK cause certain stuff requires other peices to fit in.

it doesnt take too much skill

me and my bro did his in an hour or so

..but it's time consuming

we only did the bottom in that time..no door panels or back seat

im in the LOW 14s with stock motor, trans AND stock gears

cmon now its a mustang. Buy a toyota if u want a quite ride. Ive got mine gutted out, gives me a headache everytime i drive it (might be from the exhuast fumes but mostly the noise) but i LOVE it hah
