Default How can I make my interior less loud?

I have been thinking of different ideas of how to quiet down my interior noise/ rattling and such? Should I pull all panels out and throw some dyna matt behind? What has everyone done? How about that foam stuff?

i just installed dynamat in my friends ranger this weekend, it makes a HELL of a difference.
it will also give u a chance to clean the interior the right way and tighten anythingthing that has come loose.

edit: buy more dynamat than u think u will need, its never enough, your car is bigger than it looks. do the door panels first, prolly the easiest part and it will give u a feel for the material and some practice

The ****ty thing is I just took the entire car apart to paint it and should have done all the dynamat then but I was to lazy. Does it really make that big of a difference? How much $ do I need to spend?

Most audio shops sell it by the roll.... Im not sure of the price or how big the roll is though.

Also, you can get the carpet from 50Resto with the mass-back. That will definetly keep some exhaust noise out. The carpet is very thick... trust me; I remember dragging it up my driveway!
