Default High pitch squeal from rear when car is running
I'm not sure what the noize is coming from, it's a high pitch squeal from the rear I can hear it when the car is idling.
Anyone have a clue?

you sure its not the belt? I heard of people thinking it was coming from the under of the rear of the car when it was the belt in reality.

So that's what that sound is! Does it mean there's something wrong with the fuel pump, or is that just a normal sound? Actually, I kind of like the sound.

Not hard at all, if you are mechanically inclined. Took me about 4 hours. You just drop the tank and pull that sucker out.
