I would avoid the stuff like the plague.

The stock replacement radiators from Schuck's / AutoZone / etc. are usually the best deal price wise.

I have been cooling my low compression 408w with a HD 2core for several months now. It works very well.

Good Luck,
jason

Dont use chemicals... try to wait til next month and get another radiator... a bolt in fluidyne if you can afford it... but first, have your old radiator checked out... might be repairable... that would be a lot cheaper than a new radiator....

Dont use the chemicals, they trashed my moms entire coolant system. If its a small leak you can take a pair of needle nose pliers and pinch the fins together where it is leaking. That should hold u over until u can afford a new radiator. My brothers has held up for well over 6 months now.
I picked up a new stock style rad. at advance auto parts for something like $86(and the ends arent plastic so they wont crack)

Oh yeah check to make sure its not just a worn hose or faulty radiator cap b4 u go and buy a radiator. My car was leaking and turned out to be where the lower hose clamps to the radiator. Just a small crack but the mess sure adds up

all new hoses, waterpump gasket, leaK coming from the lower portion of the radiator itself, so its the radiator, ill try advance autoparts, then autozone, just till i get the money and the mods for a better one... thanks for the inputr by the way
