I got a Lincoln Mark VIII fan for $50 from junkyard and it fit like a glove

Supposed to be one of the highest flowing fans ever put in a production car.
like 4,500 cfm vs BlkMgc 2,500 cfm

black magic exterme elec fan is 3,300 cfm, not 2,500 cfm. and i dont think that the fan in that car blows at 4,500.

+1 For black magic xtreme. My temp gauge doesnt move. The installation is easy and come with great directions. Everything you need to install and some trick looking mounting brackets.

Yeah, I'm sure the Black Magic Fan would do the job but compare paying almost $300 for a 3300 CFM fan when (if you wanted to go junkyard) could get a fan for $50 or less and a controller for $100 or less depending on how you wanted to wire it up, and YES from what I've read that Mark VIII fan pulls 4500 CFM! The Taurus fan is no slouch either, I think that one is around 4000. I've been doing a lot of research before I ended up with the combo I chose.

At the end of the day I guess it's how much cooling you really need, what your budget is, and how much skill you have tweaking and modifying things on your own :-)
