i had the fastest car in high school, i had a 1967 mustang coupe, with a full road race suspension package, a 302 crate motor, and a built c4 atuo, one kid had a 05 charger with a full exhaust and every one thought he was the fastest till one day after school he pulled up next to me, and we went, i got him by 5 cars, he was pretty pissed off, and every one was like whow how that old *** car beat that thing? i thought it was hilarious, and my 97 f250 psd with a chip and exhaust also gave that car a run for its money, lol

I had a sweet little 95 green ford escort with 195,000 miles on it, a homemade cold air intake, and 2 12"s... haha It wasnt fast at all but people loved it and new me by it...

As far as the fastest car there was some ******** whos mommy and daddy bought him a ls1 which was kinda quick, my buddy john had a 94 eagle talon tsi with a big turbo and it ran low 13s...and another guy i knew had a 2001 mustang gt with gears, it was quick...

Although the kids in the school would always drive their parents corvettes, bmws, and so on... Includding me, my dad would let me barrow his 350z somtimes, i would rub some kids noses in the dirt on those days .

man i wish there was somebody else in my school who gave a sh*t about cars besides me. there is one kid w/ a 93 integra w/ a whole bunch of rust and dents who thinks his car is fast because he put a CAI and exhaust on it, and then there is a kid who has a nice looking 66 mustang that his daddy bought for him. when i asked him what kinda engine he has he said he didnt know. my school is very depressing lol

I dunno, honesty you might lose. If your a better driver than he is, then you will probly win. I raced one in my old car and won(he was close behind), but it was a boosted six. They are very light with a decent amount of HP. Its the weight difference that gives them an edge.

And your lucky. The fastest car in my HS was a 97 TT Supra. It put out over 450rwhp. Then there was an 03 Cobra. Stupid rich kids...
