at how much horsepower I have to change my 19lbs/h for 24lbs/h

Depends on your set up. N/A motors and power adder motors require different fuel set ups. What are you doing w/ the car?

24's will work well w/ that. You'll have to upgrade your mass air meter though.

73mm or 75 mm for the mass air flow and 70mm or 65mm for de throttle body??
