Almost finished my suspension last night!
Alright guys, I got my parts in yesterday and my buddy and I started wrenching. We got the rear upper and lower control arms put in and the rear springs. Well we went to go do the front and the nuts that hold the struts in (in the middle of the caster camber plate) was frozen. So we called it a night after we got the rear done. So I'm going to have to borrow a better impact gun from work or something, we both tried as hard as we could and we couldn't get it. Do they make a tool for the top strut mount??? Have you guys ever ran into a problem like this and get it resolved? If so, how? I'm sure that I can get it done sometime this weekend, somehow, but it's going to be a PITA. Also, when you guys have done your front springs, did you have to disattach anything other than the front struts (i.e. ball joints, calipers, etc.)? Lemme know guys, it's gonna look bad *** when it's done!

how hard was it to do the upper/lowers.....i didn't have to take anything off just the springs lol..just leave the old struts in tact till you get the springs compressed....so you won't get hurt if they decide to kick out on ya.

spray liquid wrench on the bolts and let them set for about 30 minutes and take a breaker bar to the nuts you can get more torque with a breaker bar then a impact gun any day
