on a stock bottom end, the highest lift you can go w/ twisted wedges is .540. otherwise you'll have to go w/ some dished pistons. i'm going w/ crane energizer .484 lift, but this is just for mild street performance. you seem to want a bit more than that, so i'd say get the trickflow cam and call it a day. it's designed to work w t/he twisted wedges anyway.

please.....custom my ***...most custom are so close to a cam already made and some will just reground one already made and put thier name on it so dude save the extra 100-150
