Default Stalls when shifting into gear at idle

Tremec T5 bolted up to a 5.0

I have adjusted the clutch (mechanical) bit by bit all the way up and down its range and it has not corrected the problem.

Also when the car is idling in neutral with my foot off the clutch it get a knocking sound but it goes away when I push in the clutch. I have been told this is a worn throwout bearing.

If I rev the engine slightly above idle and shift it will not stall.

You know how on a normal shift you meet some resistance and then it plops into gear, when shifting thru the resistance part (synchros engaging? I'm not tranny savvy) thats when the stall occurs. Its not just first gear, its any gear that you try to shift into from neutral and it only stalls when the engine is at an Idle. (Right now the lowest RPM the engine idles well at is 900 rpm I can idle it about 1200 RPM and it only bogs the motor for a second instead of stalling)

One last note: When the car is in first gear with my foot on the clutch, If i rev it up to about 5000 RPM the car will try to jitter forward.

This has had me stumped for quite sometime now.
Possibilities:
Warped flywheel
linked to my throwout bearing problem
failed clutch plate area (There is absolutley no clutch slippage)

Yeah the problem was masked by my vaccum leak until I fixed that last weekend.

Clutch is still engaged. All you do to adjust the clutch is lift up the clutch pedal (lift pretty hard, takes something like 20lbs to lift it up properly) and you should hear click. Then try again

Also.. if you try to dump the clutch while the engine is idling, it should stall.... unless you're making like 200lbs of torque at 900rpm...

So pull it up to make it click in between adjustments? Pull it up before or after I make the adjustment?

Also when it stalls, its when i put it into gear and never release the clutch.

Sounds like the clutch is dragging.

Well, the clutch cable is automatically adjusted, assuming you put an adjuster on it, since you say you're adjusting it, make it so the adjuster is holding the cable at its tightest point, then lift up on the clutch pedal, you should hear a click when it adjusts itself. That's how you take the clutch cable off the clutch fork/put it on, have someone lift up on the clutch pedal and then you can pull the cable to get it out of the fork/in it
