Default My Procharger isn't loud enough! (video)

It sounds okay I guess, but I wish it were just a little louder. The exhaust drowns it out at times. The bypass sounds NICE though (can't really get that on video.)

Here's a Link to a short video. Sorry for the crappy quality... It was taken with my digital camera, LoL

Your procharger is too loud for me......

However, the more miles you put on it, the louder it will become. My friends sounded like a tornado coming down the street...it was louder then hell!!!!!!!

I think the twins are going to be loud...and that is soemthing I am going to have to deal with.

They are not suppose to be real loud.

Go with a COG setup pulleys and belts and that thing will scream.

There's no such thing as too loud... well.. I guess there is but I'm not even close to it yet. I'm sure your TT setup is gonna be a helluva lot louder though!

You know.. I amlost bought a KB. But I got scared away from them. Didn't really want full boost at 2k RPM. I'd be spinning like mad!

Thanx. that's the route I was trying to go...although the whistle of the S/C gives it away at idle now. But if I'm not at idle, you can't hear it.

sam, what supporting mods did you have to put on for the s/c? Did they all come with the kit? Looks good.

The kit I bought came with everything you need to install it on a completely stock 5.0. They thought of absolutely everything, from the battery relocation kit, to the 3 extra bottles of oil, right down to the Procharger license plate cover The kit was designed to be run with a stock fuel pump and either 19# injectors (which are the stock ones) or 24# injectors. Of course, you can upgrade the injectors or pump if you want, but that doesn't come with the kit. The instruction manual was actualyl pretty good. Very lengthy and includes detailed explanations and lots of pics to help out. Overall it was a great kit.

They can be found online anywhere from $2500 - $2900 new.
