Default Offroad H-pipe choices -BBk? Flowtech?

I have some questions about offroad H-Pipes. I currently have flowmaster 40 series cat backs and I am thinking of purchasing a BBK offroad H pipe or a Flow tech (holley) H pipe. Which one is better? I am working on a budget so they both seem reasonable. Also, Does anyone know if these systems have hookups for the 02 sensors already? Also, considering the offroad H pipes are illegal, has anyone with them had any problems gettting pulled over? I live in Michigan and i am not up to date on the emissions policy here.

I think BBK is the way im going to go. Have you had any problems with the check engine light coming on due to the 02 sensors?
