licence plate bracket

anyone know how to install the front licence plate bracket for an 87-93 gt???

mine is held on with stainless bolt And nut. there are 2 holes drilled in plastic bumper.
I believe your dealer uses big pop rivets to hold bracket to bumper and then you can attach plate to bracket.
There was another post about his just recently with a bunch of ideas and comments

Mine is riveted on with plastic rivets

I bought a new bracket thats supposed to be an exact replica of the original bracket for the 87-93 GT... the bracket came with 4 plastic things that are supposed to fit through the holes, which my car has, but it seems like i would have to take the entire front bumper because by the looks of the plastic screws and how they are designed, it seems like i have to install them from the inside of the bumper... I dont know what to do.
