Default Real life exhaust gains?

I know lots of companies offer diffrent exhuasts, and claim staggeringly diffrent numbers for gains, but what would a true gain be for a stock 5.0 stock "headders" with a 40series offroad H headder-back (flowmaster obviously). Guesses and actuall knowledge welcome, but let me know if its a guess, or if you have solid dyno numbers.

headers, off road mid, and tuned cat back should yield 15hp to the wheels over stock

Your car will feel a bit slower off the line with full exhaust, because of the small torque loss. It will pull harder on top end.

there is very lil different is no cats or cats in a near stock car......just going to a 2.5" exhaust will help all thur the rpm range..it's good for 15-25 horsepower
