when i turn my wheel to the right

it vibrates and make a weird banging sound. i have the stock ponys on it with stock size tires. ive had it with this mustang. but its my baby. just want to try to get it to run right then im going to mod it up

maybe a strut mount is loose?

Yeah those plastic "bearings" where the strut mounts to can cause a lot of wondering and alignment problem. Not to be an *** or anything, did you check your lug nuts? Always try the simplest thing when tracking a problem.
