Default Cap the hole on header ?

If getting rid of smog pump, all i need to do is get a cap that screws on the hole for the emissions on the header, right ?
And block up the vacum lines for it. Correct ?

Two holes in the head for the tube, hole on the h-pipe, and a couple of vac lines.
