Default motor/trans mount

Has anyone had problems with energy suspension motor mounts not fitting properly? I have a 90 GT with a 331 stroker motor, just set it in the car and have clearance problems. It has a CHP 7 quart racing pan but still uses the original block. If anyone has any ideas or has had this problem help would be great!

I'm running a set right now with no issues. Getting them lined up just right to get the block to sit back down on them properly was a bit of a chore, but they work well.
