Fuel Pressure- Stock Setting?

Fuel Pressure- Stock Setting?
I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and I am just wondering if it is reading properly and how to adjust it? The gauge is there and everything, but I don't see where the regulator is? I may not need to adjust it though...what is the stock fuel pressure setting on a '90 5.0?

RE: Fuel Pressure- Stock Setting?
35-45 psi at idle with the vacuum hose connected to the regulator. the regulator is located behind the throttle body on the passenger side fuel rail and has a rubber hose attached to it. most adjust by loosening the locknut and turning the screw down with an allen wrench to increase the pressure and vice versa to lower the pressure. you can check to see if your's is working by removing the vacuum hose while the motor is running and see if the pressure increases. this is what it should do at WOT and low vacuum to increase the total fuel flow to the engine.
