ok, i just replaced my alternator, battery, and my starter, my starter ive changedout 3 times this week due to car not wanting to click over, but now ive got it to work, but now when i start my car i get a whining noise, almost like gear grinding, and im making sure im not in gear or even if i start it in first it does the same thing, and also my battery cables are hot to the touch, can anyone help me? i hope thats enuff info, if u need more just ask, thanks

Your wires on your celenoid are hooked up wrong! When you turn the engine over its allowing power to stay through the starter and not letting it disengage! Just had the same problem with mine when I changed the celenoid!
