If you want to launch super hard in a fox get these
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10441
They will actually raise the car, yes the whole damn thing, about a foot and plant the rear axle hard as hell. I used to have a set of Southside ones (that company no longer exists), and it REALLY helps your launch. I got more into road racing so I took em off, theyre meant more for straight line performance.

EDIT: Sorry wrong link it these

I have Steeda Upper and lower alluminum control arms...they are real nice but i only drove the car once all freeway, because my exhaust is only half put on i am taking it to a exhaust specialist tommrrow, so for now i only have the o/r h pipe. It was freaking loud!!! The only turn i took at like 40 was the one right before my house and it was like on rails. But i also had subframes and an adjustable rear swaybar from steeda mounted at the same time as my control arms(I think they helped out a bit too.) I dont understand ehy people on this board dont give Steeda some love i pretty much have all steeda parts of what they make for my car and love the quality, they are pricey at times but in life you get what you pay for...they are as good as M M if not better i think..just my opinion.

Another vote for BMR here.

Im running BMR... dont have any complaints, but i would recommend the plastic bushings rather than bearings...
