what is that

what is that wire and what does it do, that goes under the TB, that is cliped to a little hole, that moves forward when u step on the gas, and it pulls something.....lol i dont know how else to explain it.

Throttle cable is under the throttle body.

I believe it is the TV cable, i think it tells the tranny how open the throttle is so it can downshift or upshift accordingly
