Anyone with a 1986 mustang GT?
Hello. I new to the site and am a die hard Ford Fan. I've owned at least 20 Stangs and currently have a Saleen Supercharged 06 GT with tons of mods and 475 HP. I just got a hold of a 54K original, unmolested car and was wondering if I should even mess with is as it will be my daily driver and seems fine for the task. Any Good, Bad, Ugly stories or advise on the 86. I know thery are cool but are the redheaded stepchild of the Fuel Injected cars. Let me know. Thanks, Mario
and yeah, do regular maintence, replace seals, etc.

OK, well Im new and did not "get it" I thought I was getting the run around, Sorry, Just a bit on the edge today. I was looking for people that may have done some mods or people that think its just fine as is. I was thinking of some suspension (Steeda, Saleen, Rouch, ect) and maybe nitros, a zex kit looks cool, was looking to install this on my 06 bit I am at the peak of HP without damaging the motor and my pocketbook.

I remember my new 85 like it was yesterday....Good Time, It was a fun car. Looking forward to playing with it a little. I have picts but I cant seem to get them on the site, too large..
