2 questions about oil pressure.

So I got my Autometer gauges installed, and everything working correctly. My questions are:

1. What are normal oil pressure readings?
2. What effect does the angle of the pressure sender have on readings?

angle shouldn't matter to my knowledge..

i run 60 psi 35psi at idle and 50psi at 2k

+1. I run around 32psi at idle and 50psi at 2k.

Thanks fellas. So what idle speeds do you guys have set? Mine is about 700-750. At idle, my pressure gauge reads 25, and at 2k it reads at little over 50.

My idle is set at about a grand and my pressures are the same as yours.

Thanks Pro. I was just out watching the gauge while I drove. If my idle is anything over 700...like even 800, it reads about 32 psi. I guess it's normal. Thanks a lot for the replies everyone.
