how do i take out my back seats...how many screws are there and does it take a long time?

Since this is your first time, it will probably take you between 2-3 hours to get thme out. The first time I did it, I took my time and made sure I understood how it would all go back together. I really took my time on it, and it payted off come time to put the new ones in. There's really no way to mess this up, and if you pay attention and put away all the nuts and bolts in an organized manner, you'll have no problem with this or the reinstall. If you are going to build a delete kit from scratch, you'll get some good ideas once you see how the factory stuff bolts up. You can reuse several of those mounting points to make it work well for you. Good luck.
