Default Ford 9" for 2000 Mustang

Can anyone recommend a shop to custom build a Ford 9ā€ for a 2000 mustang?

Thanks!

2 kwik, if it will help with your recommendation - Iā€™d gladly pay a little extra for shipping from a more distant shop ā€“ if it means a better product.

And my location is listed in my Member Profile ā€“ yours is not.

Well 2 kwik, you are about 5 quarters short of a dollar on this one.

Just to reiterate - my location has NO bearing whatsoever on which shop I choose to mail-order a rear end from.

Also, I am not looking to have a 9ā€ core chopped up by some back-woods machine shop, only to find out the welds lacked penetration - as the housing grenades the first time I launch with slicks.

My question was intended to solicit information from people who have purchased a complete bolt-in 9ā€ rear end, and was happy with it ā€“ i.e. it fit and performed well, and was reasonably priced.

Please do not let my ā€œnewbieā€ status on these boards give you the false impression that Iā€™m lacking education or technical knowledge.

I understand that itā€™s customary to razz the new guys a bit - just so you know, youā€™re not any good at it...

I ask a ā€œvery vagueā€ question ā€“ ā€˜Can anyone recommend a shop to custom build a Ford 9ā€ for a 2000 mustang?ā€™

And 2kwik gives the ā€œvery specificā€ answer: ā€˜www.google.comā€™

I sure hope itā€™s not common practice on these boards to call someone a dumbass anytime youā€™re unable to provide constructive input towards answering a Mustang related question.
