Default Leak questions

Alright well my notch is on ramps and jacks at the moment, and probably will remain there all week. I wanted to ask if anyone had some tips for some things I am about to do. First I am going to change the oil pan, I am already getting everything out of the way, but I can't seem to get the top bolt on the starter off (I can't manage to get any wrench there)? Also does anyone know if I can do the rear main seal while I do the pan? I'll take any tips and help towards pan and rear main seal.

I use a socket for the starter bolts and you'll have to pull the trans to do the rear main. Gettin that pan out may be a bit of a chore as well.

How did you use the socket? I don't get any back and forth (no room), think I may have to remove my headers... I might just do so, thinking about switching out my bbks into my notch from the GT if I do that.

you can go through the headers.. use a swivel or even a double swivel adapter with a 13mm or 1/2 in swivel

Go up from the bottom with a combo wrench. You can reach it, it will just take a while.
