How much have you dropped on your car?
 

I was just wondering what everyone here has payed for their 5.0 and how much they have spend on upgrades. im trying to get an idea on how much it would take to have a fast 5.0

Im also trying to convince my friend not to buy a Civic and go with a mustang since he has 14k to spend on a car.:D

I paid 4,000 for my car, and it has about that much in parts in it, plus a new tranny, new dash wiring harness, and soon to be new paint, hood, and bumper covers....So there you go. Not cheap, haha.

I was also wondering about a good place to buy one from, be it online or throught the paper or what. I am also looking for another mustang, but the one i have now my dad has and he bought, and im looking for a 5.0 fox with a 5 speed for 3.5-5k

$3500 for the car. I probably have in the neighborhood of $40k in it if you count all the things I've upgraded, removed and upgraded again.

$400 for my headers
$320 for my Carburetor
$400 for Wheels and Tires
Don't know how much for hoodscoop but yea.
Intake was for free
And exhaust idk yet..
