Not an adjuster, just where the cable goes thru the firewall. The adjuster is under the dash. I assume it's a foxbody?

Nope, it's an auto adjust linkage under the dash. Pull up on the clutch pedal w/ your hand and then push it to the floor. Either tyhe clutch is worn out, the mechanism under the dash or the cable is stretched.

That does kinda look like a steeda firewall adjuster. Maybe some knockoff of it. Does it turn or anything like that?

i'd say you need to take a look up inside the pedal assembly and verify that the quadrant is still stock or not... that is DEFINITLY an aftermarket firewall adjuster

i tried to look under dash at quadrant but it was almost impossible to see. the thing on firewall looks like it has threads so i thought it was a way to adjust it.

it is a way to adjust it. but you got to look up under the dash to see if the billet quad is there too. and also if you can get under the car to see if it has an adjustable cable too.. to see the quad it's usualy easier to take the drivers seat out.

its not almost inpossible to see, your just looking in the wrong place. the quadrant is over the gas pedal... weird huh?
