Blow off valve install??

I have a 94 GT with a Procharger set up. It was on the car when I bought it so we are unsure of how everything is supposed to be hooked up. There is a blow off valve inbetween the charger and the intercooler, there is places on the bottom for vacuum lines to go but they have been blocked off with screws....we are unsure of where to run them to....

any ideas? If any one has some pics it would be greatly appreciated

I have looked everywhere on the internet on how to hook this up and i can't find anything. I downloaded the installation instructions from paxton to give me an idea and i still can't come up with anything that tells me exactly what i need to do.

Does the bypass vale look kinda like an old ford style choke pull off( if you know what one looks like)? How many vacuum hoses. There should only be one for the valve.

You do need 1 vacuum line on the blow off valve it assists in the opening of the valve when the throttle is closed.

I'm confused as to what you're asking? If you're asking where the line from the bov goes, it plugs into the intake manifold or somewhere AFTER the throttle body to where the line is under vacuum at idle. The 5.0 should already have some vacuum lines running from the bottom of the upper intake (if stock) you can just use a T fitting & run a line off of one of those.

RE: Blow off valve install??

I understand that completely, and thats what i thought, but if you notice there are two lines that are capped off and i don't understand the purpose of two lines... I didn't know if one needs to be in front of the throttle body and one after or what... I need to know which one needs vacuum to it and if the other still needs to be closed off... I know that some have a tube that runs back up to the filter from where it blows out so that it recirculates the air, so i didn't know if maybe one goes there but that didn't make any sense to do either... So if anyone knows the purpose of having two lines is and where they go i would appreciate it... I'm sorry to ask questions on this but this is the first time i have fooled with a charged car so i'm in the dark about it... I've noticed its really hard to find stuff on procharger brand, where i can find more on vortech or others. I know its the same principle, but i'm trying to get everything right on the car cuz i a kaboom wouldn't fit into the budget right now, and i want the most from the car cuz i know it has a lot of potential... thanks guys

Not really sure. Pics of what you have would help alot. Are the hoses both the same size or 1 bigger than the other. I only have 1 running to my by-pass valve. Have you tried calling ATI?

I have a pic posted in the original, but here's the pic again... if not just go to this address if u can't see it http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3714056. I have circles around the lines. Having two lines is what confuses me.

I've about decided they have people that drive chevy's working for ATI, they're about a bunch of damn idiots. I have yet to talk to a technician, they always have someone just reading off a screen it sounds like. I started talking to them about cams and gears and stuff and they acted like i was talking spanish or something, so i've about give up on them and turned to you guys. Thanks for trying to help

Yeah sorry, I never had much luck w/ them either but it's been 3 years since I installeed mine. That valve looks completely different from mine as well. Sorry bro, no help here. Is there a performance shop anywhere in your area?
