whats the difference between the 87-90 gauges and the 91-93. how come u cant get the white face gauges for the 87-90 ??

This is how much of the dash you gotta take apart.


The difference between the 2 clusters is ones designed for an airbag, so its rounded along the bottom to clear for the airbag. And the other is not, its just straight all the way across the bottom.

I would suggest, if you have the money do something like this.

Fill them with accurate autometer gauges of your choice.

Haha no, I took pictures of it when I swapped my 85 speedo with a 140 that I bought off of ebay. That was from a couple years ago I think.
